During checkout, you may choose Standard Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, or Next Day Delivery.

Standard Delivery / Charge: See Table Below

Your order will be shipped Standard Delivery unless you specifically request 2-Day or Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed Standard Delivery are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Allow an additional 3 to 4 business days for delivery.

Holiday Season Orders: Standard Delivery Holiday orders placed during the month of December ship within 48 hours.

2-Day Delivery (RUSH)/ Charge: $9.95

If you request 2-Day Delivery, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery. Orders to areas outside of the continental U.S., or requiring custom processing, may not qualify for 2-Day Delivery.

Important Note: A Rush Shipping order that includes a mailing list emailed to Bachcroft as an Excel files is not guaranteed for same day shipping. Your order is guaranteed to ship within 24 hours after you receive your email notice that your Excel file has been approved for printing.

Next Day Delivery (EXPRESS)/ Charge: $19.90

Next Day Delivery orders received before 12 Noon EST on regular business days are generally processed and shipped the same day. Only orders whose destinations are within the continental U.S. qualify for Next Day Delivery. (Please note: Some custom orders may not qualify.)

Important Note: An Express Shipping order that includes a mailing list emailed to Bachcroft as an Excel files is not guaranteed for same day shipping. Your order is guaranteed to ship within 24 hours after you receive your email notice that your Excel file has been approved for printing.

Shipping and Delivery Times
The times listed above estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock items to be shipped from Bachcroft and delivered to you. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. In some cases, an order may arrive earlier or later than estimated. Note: "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Cancellations and Returns
Bachcroft is confident that you will be delighted with the
product(s) you ordered. However, if for any reason you
decide to cancel your order it is advisable that you do so
within a reasonable period of time and prior to the
printing of your order. Due to the quick print time
assigned to these orders, for Rush and Express Delivery
orders, a cancellation must occur immediately after
placing your order. Orders placed with Standard Delivery
Shipping can be cancelled for any reason prior to printing
and within one business week of the date on which
the order was originally placed.

Due to the personalized nature of the products we offer,
Bachcroft cannot honor a request for a refund that is based
upon a customer's error. In the case of an error made by
Bachcroft, please be assured that Bachcroft will always
honor its 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed committment.

require additional delivery time.
